| Well, it's almost the end of the school year. Everything is changing and I am powerless to stop it. Ah well, time to go with the flow and just let it be. Camp starts soon! Sweet action! I've never been good at the whole blogging thing.. So I think I'll just end with this:
(aka my thoughts on the meaning of life and other profound topics)

I don't really think that's going to work.. but I bet it's worth a try...
| Wow. I. Miss. Camp.
I mean, don't get me wrong, I like snow.. It's just that nothing compares to the pinetree-campfire-smelly-cabin aroma.. of PVM. Love to all.. I hope everyone is enjoying life and the oodles of snow we got last week!
| I'm kinda in a song lyric-y mood today. Feel free to not read it, I know these can get kinda blah sometimes. I Get A Kick Out Of You- Frank Sinatra My story is much too sad to be told, But practically everything leaves me totally cold. The exception I know is the case When I'm out on a quiet spree, Fighting vainly the old ennui, And I suddenly turn and see your fabulous face.
I get no kick from champagne. Mere alcohol doesn't thrill me at all. So tell me why should it be true That I get a kick out of you?
Some, they may go for cocaine. I'm sure that if I took even one sniff It would bore me terrifically, too. Yet I get a kick out of you.
I get a kick every time I see You standing there before me. I get a kick though it's clear to see You obviously do not adore me.
I get no kick in a plane. Flying too high with some gal in the sky Is my idea of nothing to do. Yet I get a kick - um you give me a boot - I get a kick out of you. I love me some old time music. Sinatra= amazing! Midterms were last week, I did pretty well I think. I overslept today, which sucked. I always feel like such a failure if I'm late to class. I think it's a part of my geekiness. :) Getting my wisdom teeth out this Friday, which should be buckets o' fun. So that's all I have for today.. Ciao xangaland!
| It's finally 2007. The year I've been waiting for since I started school. Weird, huh? Christmas was nice, I hope everyone else has had a grrrreat break! I'm so glad the holidays are over now. January is typically the slowest (which makes it the most wonderful) month at work. It's pretty much the slowest month everywhere I think. It's like everything is at a standstill. The weather is even 'quiet'. Of course, I'm not glad that break is over. Now I have to go back to school and try to remember everything in the 5 days we have before exams. Cram time, anyone? At least I only have 4 classes to worry about. Last year was much worse. I really wish it would snow. | | |
